Well, I guess its not winter yet, but for me, it sure feels like it with temperatuers at night down to 14 C - although in the daytime it can get as warm as 27 C - though who feels it? Air conditioning at work has me leaving work numb every day...
Not a lot of news. Rich and I celebrated our first anniversary quietly, but nicely - with the Lord answering many prayers for us. God is doing good things in our family. Gee. I said "our"....
Rich's mom is 87 and was in hospital for an infection. She has been sent to a rehab home for a couple of weeks for physical therapy. Please pray for her... that she would be feeling better soon and able to return to her home. Looks like my temporary job will continue for another couple of months, at least. I hope longer, as nothing has shown up yet. I keep sending out my resume, but nothing closer to home has appeared.
I had hoped for a big private project - for which a purchase order was issued - only to be told that the scope of the project may be changing and so that is on hold as well... so I really do need to start working on developing a useful website with all my Word and PowerPoint tips and tricks to help others... just need time and energy.
All for now... oh, and its not really winter in Michigan yet. Everyone tells me it is summer. You can decide...
